Nelson Hall, assistant professor of music at Florida Memorial University, teaches piano, voice, and theory and conducts the University Chamber Singers. In addition, he has worked with a variety of music professionals, including Nestor Torres, Bobby McFerrin, Paul Posnak, Josh Groban, Andre Crouch, Sandi Patti, and Clifton Davis. Hall received a bachelor of arts degree in music from Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, Maryland. He earned a master’s degree in music and a doctorate in musical arts from the University of Miami. Hall was born in Marianao, Cuba.
